Carbon Harvest

As the program coordinator for Co-operate WNC’s new community-supported regenerative farming program, Carbon Harvest, I’m collaborating with farmers, landowners, agricultural consultants and soil scientists to create a regional ecosystem credit program in Western North Carolina that can be replicated in other regions. Homesteading Classes

I teach modern homesteading skills like cheese-making, fermenting, and natural dyeing at Villagers and Local Cloth (both in Asheville, NC).

As of March 2020, all workshops and classes have been postponed due to Covid-19.

Edible Landscape Design

I design edible, ecologically smart landscapes, ranging from the urban backyard scale to the rural farm property scale. I’m a certified permaculture designer and Certified Ecological Landscaper, and bring to each project not only my training and skills, but also my creativity and ability to meet the needs of different clients.
